Chorizo, Bean, and Cheese Nachos

1 pound Mexican chorizo, removed from casings and crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cups cooked pinto beans
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Layered Taco Dip

I find making this recipe with homemade Guacamole makes it tastier and gives it a homemade touch.
Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Refried Beans

1 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa

1 cup prepared guacamole

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Vidalia Onion Dip

3 cups chopped Vidalia onions
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Garlic salt, to taste
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes until lightly brown. Serve with corn chips.
